Obama to name tech advisor as FCC chair
Julius Genachowski, a former Harvard Law School classmate of the president and technology adviser during Obama's campaign, will be named to chair the Federal Communications Commission. The position requires a Senate confirmation, so let's hope there aren't any skeletons in the Genachowski closet (especially unpaid taxes).
