Charities not keen to Obama tax plan

President Obama is putting the tax squeeze on high income earners and may inadvertently harm the chances of charities. The President doesn't think higher taxes would impact charitable donations. Ignorance at its best.

Charities are already suffering in this down economy. Families are spending less and giving less, too. Obviously one would take care of immediate family needs before charitable givings. If the President wants to tax more, it's only common sense that less money would go to charities because less money is left in the taxpayer's wallet.
