Where's the "change we can believe in"?

Obama is said to be tapping Rep. Rahm Emanuel (D-Ill.), former aide in the Clinton White House, to be chief of staff.

So much for "change we can believe in"... Let's see if he really reaches across the aisle to fill in his cabinet positions.
